Students who are considering becoming a part of the Agape Theological Seminary and Bible College (ATSBC) community should seek counsel from their spiritual leader and especially from God through prayer. We believe that even the most adverse circumstances cannot hinder God’s plan for your academic future. ATSBC endeavors -both spiritually and scholarly- to create an environment of Christian ministerial integrity while preparing students for their calling in ministry and to serve Christ and His church through biblical teaching. At ATSBC, we understand the needs of college students and consider the individual needs of our applicants. We also desire to keep the cost of Agape Theological Seminary & Bible College at a minimum and the reputation of the school above reproach in the local business community. For these reasons the Board has established guidelines and policies that govern financial operations, which are set forth below.
Fees for the term are due, in full, on registration day unless prior arrangement has been made with Agape’s Finance Department. Any payment arrangement made with Finance will need to include the following:
1. A Personal Financial Statement sometimes called a personal balance sheet, is required by the school. The statement must detail your current financial status. The main factors are your total assets and your total liabilities, which, when subtracted from each other, equal your total net worth. Use this link to complete your statement: Personal Financial Statement
2. The student must pay for half of the term by registration day, and the student cannot stay beyond the time for which they have paid. If the payment is late thirty (30) days, the student will fall into Academic Probation and must contact the school to adjust their payment plan to continue to participate in the course(s).
3. If a student is unable to make their payments, they will be asked to withdraw until further payments can be made. There will be a $10 fee for any late payment.
Payments can be made by check, money order or cashier's check. Checks should be made payable to:

Payments made by a student or family member with a debit or credit card should be made on the school’s website at https://atsbc.org/course-fees-and-payments. There is a charge of an additional 2% transaction fee for each payment made toward the student's account.
ATSBC retains the right to withhold grades, work assignments, class projects, transcripts (both unofficial and official), certificates, diplomas, and participation in commencement ceremonies for students who have not fully satisfied their financial obligations. A financial hold will be placed on the student’s academic record, prohibiting further course registration until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Full refunds (excluding the application fee) are given only prior to the beginning of a term. A partial refund of one-half is given within the first three weeks, one-quarter up to five weeks, and no refund thereafter.
For additional details about ATSBC’s tuition policy, students should contact the Dean of Academic Affairs via email at support@atsbc.org
